ISSUE 6, MAY 2006

Dear Readers,

It has been a busy few months for us here at CineMeetings & Events, as we just launched a new website and developed a newly branded brochure suite.  I know you marketers out there know how crazy that can be!  Our re-branding was based on feedback from our customers and prospects.  In a nutshell, the overwhelming response to the question "How would you describe CineMeetings & Events theatre venues and services" was exciting, innovative, and unique. There is no doubt that out theatre venues offer the glamour and excitement not typically associated with meeting and event venues and, with our customers'' help, our brand now reflects that.

This month''s issue of The Spot includes an article submitted by Siemens Medical Solutions (insert hyperlink to the new customer brief).  This customer brief outlines how Siemens used one of our theatres to educate physicians and medical technologists on the latest advances in cardiovascular computed tomography (CT).

If you have "lessons learned" stories from your own meetings and events, regardless of the type of venue used, I''d love to hear them.  We''ll publish selected stories and tips in our next newsletters.

As always, I welcome your suggestions and feedback, so please drop me an e-mail at info@cinemeetings.com with ideas, comments or suggestions.  Thank you for reading The Spot.

Sincerely,

Laura Lear
